Cornerstones: The ABMP Instructor Development Program is a comprehensive library of interactive courses that provides knowledge and skills about fundamental and advanced concepts in instructional design and teaching methodology for instructors in modern massage and bodywork classrooms. Utilizing some of the very best of ABMP’s extensive resources for instructors and schools, as well as new research on how our students most effectively retain what we’re teaching, Cornerstones is meant for both the first-year teacher and the experienced instructor.

- Course Viewing: The best user experience and utilization of these courses comes with desktop computer viewing.
- Download Handouts: When starting a course, be sure to download its associated handout full of resources and worksheets you’ll want as you watch the presentation. These booklets are meant for instructors to download and keep as part of their curriculum materials, but these fillable forms can also be used and stored as digital PDF files if you prefer.
- Stop for Learning Pauses: Learning Pauses built within each course give instructors a moment to reflect on their own learning as they travel from Point A to Point B, allowing you to further embed the content.
- Follow the Curriculum Path: Each course in the Cornerstones library is numbered in the order in which we recommend it should be taken to have the most impactful learning experience.
