This course, the seventh in Cornerstones: The ABMP Instructor Development Program, provides a detailed, practical approach to creating and delivering a well-structured, interactive lecture that excites, motivates, and engages the learner. Starting with a brief review of the cognitive domain, this course will then offer methods for priming students for learning, explain and give the rationale for laying the foundation for terminology, outline steps for building conceptual understanding and reinforce the learning, as well as tips for building engaging visuals to go with your lectures.
