Bamboo-Fusion Massage Therapy

The presentation will cover the founder's background and history associated with the Bamboo-fusion modality.  Benefits, contraindications, marketing and the proper care and cleaning of the bamboo tools will also be reviewed.  The various techniques and strokes will be described and demonstrated for Bamboo-fusion on the Table, on the Chair and for the latest ceation called Bamboo Visage which is a facial massage.  Each different technique uses a specialized bamboo tool set which will be described during the overview.  Bamboo Fusion is an innovative way to provide Swedish or deep tissue full body massage while reducing the stress on your hands. Therapists will learn a new way to effleurage and petrissage with bamboo tools that are different shapes and sizes. Bamboo-Fusion is a new exciting and fun way to deliver an effective luxury treatment your clients will love.  The bamboo tool set is easy to clean and sanitize in between clients and are lightweight to carry. The presentation will also include information on Bamboo-fusion (on the Chair).  In addition, the most recent development called Bamboo-Visage (meaning face in French) will be demonstrated using a delicate tool set designed especially for use in facial massage.  Therapists will learn effective body mechanics relative to stance, posture, and hand / wrist positioning for full-body massage.  This treatment is a wonderful finishing touch to a full body massage or can be offered as a treatment by itself. The Bamboo-fusion treatments are known for having a luxurious feel and for being an effective treatment for chronic pain conditions caused by stress and tension.
