Whitney Lowe is a massage education pioneer at the forefront of massage continuing education and development. Lowe continues to forge ahead toward the unlimited opportunities that exist with innovations in educational technology and theory. He is also widely known for his expertise in assessment and massage therapy treatment approaches for chronic pain and injury conditions. His contributions to the massage field are wide-ranging and include extensive research, teaching, clinical work, consulting, participation in national boards and committees, and publication in several pivotal articles in Massage & Bodywork magazine. In this behind-the-scenes session, Lowe shares with former Massage & Bodywork magazine Editor-in-Chief Leslie Young the evolution of his ideas, the questions that keep him curious, and the formative moments in his life and career.
